Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesElectrical Power Monitoring
Monitor and log operations, alarms, voltage, current, and power for 25kV/4.16kV and low-voltage switchgears.
Check alarm and temperature status of molded transformers.
Utility/HVAC Monitoring
Monitor and log HVAC conditions (temperature, pressure, dew point).
Track operation, alarms, and service data for boilers, heaters, compressors, chillers, cooling towers, NMP, ACT, CESS, N₂, and NG systems.
Monitor room temperature/humidity sensors.
Log instrument values and troubleshoot anomalies.
Monitor PLC operations, alarms, and communications.
Energy Monitoring
Track natural gas usage vs. boiler operations.
Monitor water/wastewater usage.
Record electrical usage and flag energy-saving opportunities.
Shutdown, Trouble & Emergency Support
Assess equipment issues via operational checks.
