Role:

CNC Oilfield Services is a leading oil and gas service company, providing reliable transportation solutions to the industry. We are currently looking for a motivated and dependable Equipment Operator I to join our Mixing Plant Division. This role is critical to supporting our operations by ensuring the proper handling, mixing, and delivery of chemicals used in our field operations. The ideal candidate is self-driven, works well in a team, and is committed to safety, accuracy, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Show up on time and be prepared for work each day. Be available to work on-call 24/7 as needed to support field operations. Operate and maintain mixing plant equipment efficiently and safely. Pour chemicals accurately and on schedule according to job requirements. Safely operate forklifts and other necessary equipment (training and certification provided if needed). Rig up and rig down pumps and pods as required for jobs. Understand and monitor the viscosity of sweeps and ensure proper mixing. Change socks and gaskets in pods when necessary. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, including cleaning pods and work areas. Drive company vehicles to and from job sites; must have a Chauffeur’s License or be willing to obtain one (CDL preferred). Write and complete job tickets accurately with no mistakes. Communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors, co-workers, and company representatives. Follow and enforce all CNC Operating Policies and Safety Procedures. Be proactive in identifying and solving issues with chemicals and equipment. Maintain knowledge of chemical inventory and assist with ordering and tracking materials as needed. Train and mentor Mixing Plant Helpers and new team members as directed. Act as a positive representative of the Mixing Plant Division at all times, fostering strong relationships with company men and co-workers.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of chemical types, uses, and handling procedures. Experience problem-solving chemical mixing issues in field operations. Previous experience working directly with company men or field supervisors.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED. Reliable transportation to and from the work site. Self-motivated, willing to learn, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude. Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety. Ability to operate a forklift (certification preferred or willing to obtain). Ability to obtain a Chauffeur’s License (CDL preferred). Must have or be willing to obtain certifications in H2S, Manlift, and Forklift Operations. Prior experience in chemical mixing or oilfield services preferred but not required.
