Role :

We’re looking for skilled and dedicated Wastewater Plant Operators to join our team in Kenner, LA. If you’re mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on work, and are committed to protecting the environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities :

Operate and maintain equipment, including DAFs, filter presses, forklifts, and skid steers. Monitor tank levels to ensure proper wastewater processing. Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on plant machinery. Follow all safety and compliance protocols, including proper use of protective equipment. Handle minor electrical maintenance tasks as needed. Maintain the overall cleanliness of the workspace.

What We’re Looking For :

One (1) year of plant operation experience (preferred). Basic mechanical skills (e.g., repairing equipment, tool usage, operating machinery). Ability to work in environments with strong odors, hot/cold weather, and occasional splashes. Strong communication, organizational skills, and team-oriented mindset. Reliable transportation and willingness to be cross-trained for other roles.
