We’re known for quality workmanship, technical expertise, and excellent customer service. Now, we’re expanding our team.
Position Summary:
We’re hiring a motivated Technician to join our crew. You’ll handle bench repairs, system diagnostics, accessory installs, and in-field setups. Beyond the tech work, you’ll be part of the daily rhythm of the shop — working with customers, maintaining equipment, and keeping operations tight.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair CB radios and accessories (bench work) Install CB systems and antennas in customer vehicles (field work) Perform tuning, maintenance, and general electronics support Engage with customers — answer questions, provide service quotes, close sales Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Operate shop independently during shifts
Skills & Qualifications:
Prior electronics experience is a plus (diagnostics, soldering, multimeter use) Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Willingness to learn — we provide training for the right candidate Strong communication and problem-solving skills Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
Compensation & Schedule:
