Job Summary:

Responsible for the day to day operational activities through management of the maintenance staff and through interaction with all departments. Responsible for assuring that assigned jobs are completed in a safe and efficient manner

Qualifications :

• Experience working with High Pressure Steam Boilers, Steam Traps, Compensators, relief valves, and Boiler Inspections
• Must have a phone and proper transportation
• Must have five year’s job related experience.
• Experience with Chilled Water Equipment, Cooling towers and Chemicals related to them
• Welding and pipe fitting
• Must have a driver’s license.
• A.A.S Degree in Construction or related field, or equivalent related experience and technical program
• Certifications The base range for this position is $60,504.

34 per year commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education & prior accomplishments.
