What You’ll Be Doing Operate batch plant equipment to produce concrete and other materials. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment. Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency. Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations. Collaborate with team members to optimize plant performance.
