Physical Plant Operator Position Available In Knox, Tennessee

Physical Plant Operator 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars 1924 Alcoa Highway, Knoxville, TN 37920 Responsible for operation, monitoring, logging of all primary Physical Plant operations. This includes pneumatic tube systems, fire protections, emergency generators, building automation, Temp Trak, medical gas systems, and various smaller systems. Performs 24/7 shift coverage to operate and adjust physical plants to maintain required environmental standards outlined by hospital guidelines. Constantly reviewing operations to operate at maximum energy efficiency level to reduce energy costs. Performs basic chemical tests of assigned water base systems. Assists others during evening and night shifts to maintain basic hospital operations.
