Hour Shifts Responsibilities:
Make running adjustments to attain good quality while maintaining specifications and maximum production. Perform set ups and change overs. Install printing plates, blankets and rolls. Clean, adjust and maintain ink in fountains. Load rollstock, thread stock. Responsible for inspection of product and detection of trouble. Handle rollstock Log production information on required forms/line computer and label finished product as necessary. Perform specified quality checks and proofread web-stock. Perform special assignments as required. Keep area and equipment clean. Set up and operate flexo press. Monitor print quality and make adjustments. Prepare materials and inks. Other job duties as assigned
Qualifications:
1. Experience with flexographic printing preferred. 2. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills 3. High School diploma or GED required or relevant proven experience. 4. Knowledge of machinery and assembly line functions and operation of same. 5. Capable of reading, interpreting and comprehending technical training manuals, blue prints and specifications. 6. Display excellent mechanical ability.
