40 hours per week

Available after 90 days
Bonuses:
Quarterly sales goal bonuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate print machinery for blueprints and other technical documents
- Scan, organize, and store drawings accurately
- Handle invoicing, process payments, and manage basic accounting tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering emails and phone calls
- Support day-to-day office tasks to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in printing or blueprinting is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a bonus
- Strong multitasking abilities with excellent organizational skills
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal No experience?
