Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Copier/Printer Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing various duties related to equipment repair and maintenance. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical knowledge and a passion for troubleshooting and problem-solving. If you have experience in copier or printer field service, software troubleshooting, computer networking, and OEM equipment repair, we want to hear from you!
Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components
- Follow technical manuals and schematics to ensure proper repair procedures
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to complete tasks
- Collaborate with other team members to address complex issues
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries
- Install, Set-up and training on Copier and Printers Equipment for customers
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Copier Service Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Familiarity with hand tools and their proper usage
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Proficiency in software troubleshooting and computer networking
- Experience working with OEM equipment is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
