Cell Production Printing Technician 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars White, GA 30184 TRC Talent Solutions is Hiring for Printing Technicians in White, GA Position Overview The Cell Production – Printing Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining precision printing equipment used to apply materials to solar cells. This role supports critical steps in the photovoltaic cell production process and plays an essential part in meeting product quality and production targets. You’ll be responsible for machine setup, ink or paste handling, quality checks, troubleshooting, and communicating with team members and leadership to ensure a consistent and efficient workflow.
Pay Day Shift:
6:00 AM – 6:30 PM ($19.50/hr)
Night Shift:
6:00 PM – 6:30 AM ($19.50/hr with $1.00 night differential) Key Responsibilities Operate screen printing machinery and automated tools to apply front and back side metallization to solar cells. Set up, align, and calibrate printing machines according to job specifications and process requirements. Load and unload wafers into automated equipment with extreme care to prevent breakage. Monitor printing process to detect equipment malfunctions or irregularities in print quality and make real-time adjustments as needed. Mix, measure, and manage print materials (such as silver paste, aluminum paste, or other inks) in accordance with safety guidelines. Perform routine inspections of printed wafers using microscopes, vision systems, and other quality tools. Document machine settings, production counts, downtime, and quality-related data using electronic logs and forms. Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to report abnormalities and participate in continuous improvement. Clean screens, squeegees, and machine components to maintain print quality and prevent contamination. Follow all cleanroom protocols, safety procedures, and company policies. Requirements High school diploma or GED Willingness to work a 2-2-3 rotating 12-hour schedule, including weekends and holidays Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs. throughout a full shift Ability to wear cleanroom gear (gowning, gloves, safety glasses, etc.) Apply Today!
