Great team, clients, culture and benefits. The technician is responsible for preparing artwork for digital printing environments. The technician should have a strong technical background in prepress and Caldera software, Adobe Creative Suite software. Experience with 3D software like Sketchup, Cinema 4D and Blender a big plus. The ideal candidate should also have experience working with customers and sales representatives to achieve the client’s creative look while creating a production friendly file.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) Experience with 3D software like Sketchup, Cinema 4D and Blender a big plus. Experience in print and sign production Creativity and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Some experience managing social media and email marketing. Prior experience in prepress design Duties and Responsibilities Develop graphics from customer supplied samples, sketches, notes or electronic files. Present ideas and designs to sales reps and customers Work with 3D software to achieve client’s goals Adept at converting artwork to print for digital presses and all signage needs. Produce Prototypes and high-quality digital color proofs Comfortable and confident working with digital printing and finishing equipment. Maintains cutting edge technical knowledge and remain up to date on changing trends in the graphic design industry. Perform duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Five years or more experience in a prepress / design environment Experienced in package design and flexographic printing. Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop expert. Sketchup, Cinema 4D and Blender a big plus. Solution-driven with the ability to work through problems, follow-up in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously with a positive, respectful, and enthusiastic manner. Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities and interruptions. Active team player who can work with little supervision. Meet deadlines with accurate and consistent results. Strong organizational skill Produce orders accurately, efficiently and quickly while maintaining highest quality standards. Interpret customer requests and turn ideas into tangible products. Ability to multi-task and handle shifting priorities.
