The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital printing, with some bindery experience being a plus as well. This role involves operating digital printers, ensuring quality control, and collaborating with the team to bring print concepts to life. Responsibilities Operate and maintain digital printers, ensuring optimal performance and quality output. Maintain the proper quality control processes Manage inventory of printing supplies and materials, ensuring availability for production runs. Adhere to safety protocols while operating forklifts and other equipment within the production area. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process to minimize downtime. Requirements Proven experience in printing. Familiarity with prepress processes and print advertising standards. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure. Good communication skills for collaboration with team members across departments.
