Press Brake Operator Artec Manufacturing LLC Medley, FL 33166 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend and shape metal components according to specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong mechanical knowledge, and the ability to perform quality inspections on finished products. The Press Brake Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring that our fabrication processes meet high-quality standards and production timelines. Duties Set up and operate press brake machines to fabricate metal parts as per engineering drawings. Assemble components and ensure proper alignment before bending operations. Conduct quality inspections on finished products to verify compliance with specifications. Perform routine maintenance on press brake machines to ensure optimal performance. Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations during the fabrication process. Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and quality. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Proven experience operating press brake machines is preferred. Familiarity with electrical discharge machining and other machining processes is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Experience in welding and operating lathes can be beneficial. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
