Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate press brakes to bend and form steel to precise specifications. This is a hands-on position where you will work with a variety of steel gauges and thicknesses, ensuring all parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate press brakes to bend steel components to specification Set up and calibrate machines for different bending jobs Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders Ensure all parts meet required tolerances and quality standards Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press brake machines Safely handle and position materials, ensuring a safe working environment Work closely with production teams to ensure timely and efficient output Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a Press Brake Operator Familiarity with various types of press brake machines Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and precision Comfortable working in a high-paced, heavy-duty manufacturing environment Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skill Traits We Value Clear communicator and team player Reliable and quality-focused We are willing to relocate the right candidate to Clearwater, Florida for this position with our relocation assistance program.
