The ideal candidate should be energetic, self-motivated and have a positive attitude. Responsibilities Utilize shop drawings and specs to plan completion of pieces. Cut, grind, machine and form work pieces as required accurately Must be proficient with all measuring equipment (tape measures, calipers, and various angle gauges) Produce high quality finished products Experience and Skills Must possess good work ethic and desire to produce high quality product for our customers Sheet metal fabrication using press brake Ability to setup and program machines Ability to use light machinery and power equipment Must be punctual and maintain a good attendance record Must be self-motivated and stay productive Must be committed to safety and shop cleanliness Must have a positive attitude and work well within a team Must be willing and able to learn new skills High School Diploma or GED Proven experience with metal fabrication Experience in using electrical and manual tools Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings One or more years of press brake experience Physical Requirements Stand for long periods of time.
