Press Brake Operator Cutting Edge Laser Machining, Inc. Covington, GA 30014 Cutting Edge Laser is seeking eager candidates that want a career in a one of a kind industry. Must be 18 years of age, have reliable transportation, successfully pass our onboarding process to include basic application, math and blue print screenings and pre-employment drug screen. Job Responsibilities:
Set up and Operation of CNC Press Brake Set up and run machine according to best practices Observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance forming; and makes adjustments as required Study blueprints and other specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece and setup requirements Verify conformance of finished work piece to specifications Troubleshoot equipment and product problems, request the assistance of a Lead or Maintenance as needed Continually maintain a clean working environment Meet or exceed productivity standards Adhere to all safety standards Additional functions not specifically outlined in this position description as directed by the Lead. Qualified Candidates should have the following work experience and skills to apply: CNC Press Brake Experience (Amada Preferred) Ability to visually identify materials to include Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum Experience forming various metals ranging from 18 gauge to 1″ thick Proficiencies using Calipers (Dial or Digital) and Tape Measures Safe Forklift Operation Basic Math comprehension and understanding of
