from day one
Responsibilities:
Working with the following machines: Operating a Cincinnati
MAXFORM 6
Axis CNC hydraulic press brake Stroke/European style precision ground tooling Toyokoi hydraulic press brake 3, 6 and 8 axis Work from blueprints, route sheets and written instructions Make setup, or obtain assistance with complicated setups Inspect per specifications to ensure parts are in compliance with all quality and dimensional requirements Maintain setup and make minor adjustments when necessary, referring unusual problems or situations to manager Ensure quality of product through quantitively charting techniques such as statistical process control Use of variety of precision measuring devices and equipment including contour reader and non-contract measuring system Basic computer knowledge to perform labor transactions
Requirements:
