Full-time Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our fabrication team as a Press Brake Operator / Laser Operator / Part Puller . This versatile role requires experience in metal fabrication, operating CNC machinery, and managing inventory parts efficiently. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced production environment and have a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Press Brake Operator:

Shift:

1st shift – 5am-2:30pm Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal components. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to ensure correct part specifications. Adjust machine settings to accommodate material type and thickness. Inspect parts for accuracy and quality, using measuring tools such as calipers and protractors. Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Laser Operator:

Shift:

1st shift – 6am-2:45pm 3rd

Shift:

6:00pm-5:00am Operate CNC laser cutting machines to produce precision metal parts. Monitor machine operations, replace consumables, and adjust cutting parameters as needed. Read and interpret technical drawings and cut lists. Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to safety standards. Assist with programming and nesting of laser jobs, if needed.

Part Puller:

Shift:

1st shift – 6am-2:45pm Retrieve parts from inventory or completed jobs for assembly or shipping. Verify part numbers, quantities, and job order details. Maintain organized part storage and work areas. Support other departments with part delivery and inventory restocking. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control processes.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. 1-3 years of experience operating press brakes and/or laser cutting machines preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measuring tools. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Basic math and computer skills. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Apply today !!
