Press Brake Operator Partners Personnel 324 Berry Garden Road, Kernersville, NC 27284 Press Brake Operators set-up and operate metal fabrication equipment to form parts from metal parts.

Essential Functions:

Set-up and operate fabrication equipment Select, load and install correct tooling Determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces Perform quality inspections of parts to produce products that exceed customer’s expectations Stage completed product on skids Work from live schedule, verbal and written instruction, bills of material, routing, samples, blue prints and control plans Maintain good housekeeping in work area Act responsibly to follow safe operating practices

Qualifications:

2+ years set-up and operating experience Previous metal fabrication background Dimensional measuring and shop math competence Basic computer skills Capable of using calipers, micrometers and other measuring tools Ability to read and understand blueprints Effective communication skills to discuss and understand work procedures, training, general direction and other issues with co-workers and supervisor

The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend and shape sheet metal components according to specifications. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work with precision measuring instruments. The Press Brake Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products while adhering to safety standards. Qualifications Proven experience operating press brake machines is required; experience with milling machines is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read technical drawings and schematics. Familiarity with welding techniques is advantageous. Experience working with sheet metal fabrication processes. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers. Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles is preferred.
