Press Brake Operator Position Available In Wake, North Carolina

Press Brake Operator Manufacturing Concepts Raleigh, NC 27629 Growing fabrication company is seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator with Setup Experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication and be able to operate, set up and program various press brakes with precision and efficiency. $20-24 an hour on 1st shift, temp to perm.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate and program various press brakes to produce parts with precision and efficiency.
• Interpret blueprints, job orders and engineering specifications to determine proper setup and production requirements.
• Inspect parts for accuracy and quality assurance, making necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain and troubleshoot press brakes to ensure smooth and safe operation.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience operating and setting up press brakes in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and engineering specifications.
• Familiarity with programming and operation of press brake controllers.
• Proficiency with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in metal fabrication is a plus.
