Duties:

Set up and operate press brake machine to bend, form, and shape metal sheets according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine machine setup and production requirements Measure and inspect completed parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments Perform routine maintenance on press brake machine to ensure optimal performance Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process Operate forklift to transport materials and finished products within the facility Utilize CNC programming to control the press brake machine for precise bending operations Assist with other manufacturing tasks such as welding, stamping press operation, tooling assembly, and laser cutting as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders Strong knowledge of press brake machine operation and setup procedures Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently Experience with CNC programming is highly desirable Knowledge of welding techniques is a plus Familiarity with stamping press operation, tooling assembly, laser cutting, and GD&T principles is advantageous Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately This position offers competitive pay based on experience.
