Hydraulic Press Brake Operator Position Available In Hillsborough, New Hampshire

Hydraulic Press Brake Operator Ace Welding Co., Inc. 715 Daniel Webster Hwy, Merrimack, NH 03054 Overview We are seeking someone with some basic experience running a Hydraulic Press Brake but must be willing to learn. Candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend and form steel according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and a strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings. Will be required to work on other projects besides operating the press brake. Full Time position. 5 Days a week.

Hours:

7 am to 3:30 pm. Some Saturday work may be required. Responsibilities Set up and operate press brake to fabricate metal components. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Perform quality checks on finished products using measuring tools such as micrometers. Adjust machine settings as necessary to achieve desired specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the bending process. Document production data and maintain accurate records. Maintenance of the press brake will be your responsibility. Qualifications Basic experience with press brake Mechanical knowledge and experience in manufacturing processes Basic math skills for measurements and calculations Ability to read blueprints and utilize hand tools effectively Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and fabrication processes Attention to detail Safety oriented
