The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of presses and machinery to produce high-quality components. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate stamping presses and press brake machines to manufacture parts according to specifications. Utilize hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure product quality. Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including electrical discharge machining, to maintain optimal performance. Set up and adjust machinery for different production runs, including programming as needed. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
