Temp-hire. Great company and full benefits Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend and shape metal components according to specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Set up and operate press brake machines to fabricate metal parts as per engineering drawings and specifications. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine machine setup and tooling requirements. Perform programming of the press brake for various bending operations. Conduct quality checks on finished products using basic math skills and measuring tools to ensure adherence to specifications. Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, ensuring proper functioning of the press brake and related machinery. Utilize hand tools, milling machines, lathes, and electrical discharge machining as needed in the production process. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency while adhering to safety standards. Document production processes and report any discrepancies or issues to management. Qualifications 3+ year of proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
