If you have experience operating a CNC Press Brake machine, please apply! The starting wage range posted is for ~1 -3 years of experience. Starting wage will be dependent upon experience and skill level. We have 2 skill level ranges for machine operators. If you do not have at least 6 months of recent experience operating a press brake in a sheet metal manufacturing environment , please do not apply . This position requires at least 6 months of recent experience.

POSITION SUMMARY

Setup and safely operate CNC Press Brakes to process/produce highest quality products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Setup and document tooling and safe practices for Press Brake operations Verify accuracy of machine settings to confirm accurate tolerances and machine functions. Operators will be required to maintain accurate parts and motivation on routine repetitive jobs. During operations Operator will be required to maintain cleanliness of the machine. In process checks will be required by the operator to maintain all required tolerances and quality. Completes all required safety procedures prior to and during operations. Communicates all production related items to next shift operators or shift supervisors. “

Qualifications:

Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 200+ lbs. in a team lift or with equipment assistance Ability to walk, bend, stoup, crouch, kneel, climb, stand for 10 hours Ability to work in high temperatures Ability to communicate needs and concerns in a timely manner Ability to read and understand process sheets Ability to hear horns, buzzers, and an intercom page Ability to wear proper PPE- safety glasses, earplugs, gloves, and steel or safety toe shoes or boots Experience operating CNC Press Brake in a sheet metal manufacturing environment
