Express Employment Professionals of Dickson is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Brake Press Operator position in McEwen, TN. This position will pay depending on experience, and the hours are Monday – Friday from 7 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.
Responsibilities:
Operate Brake Press Machine Run, Bend, and Form operations using standard and custom punches Use CNC controller to input information in machine Adjust ram and back gauge locations per process control instructions and blueprints Check height, depth and thickness using micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauges and other precision-measuring instruments Perform spot inspections of parts Perform all required routine and minor maintenance activities according to procedures Complete and maintain paperwork Meet customer specifications and delivery requirements Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential
Qualifications:
Able to lift up to 25 lbs. Must have 3 – 5 years Experience Set Up and Operation Must be motivated and an organized self-starter Possess basic knowledge of sheet metal practices Able to read and understand blueprints Able to stand for the duration of the shift Able to work in non-climate controlled environment Willing to attend Education Programs Please apply online at www.expresspros.com and submit your completed application to the Dickson(Clarksville) location.
