that has been in business since 1990. We are looking for a full time employee that has press brake experience, laser tech experience, fabrication experience and/or machining experience. G code experience is a plus. This job will primarily be a floater between our fabrication shop and the machine shop. The candidate could be running a press brake, laser, mill (drilling, countersinking, tapping holes), rotary surface grinder, lathe, radial arm drill, or various other shop tools. This job will also require other task, such as deburring / de-tabbing parts, stocking material racks, emptying steel scrap hoppers, running a timesaver, driving a fork truck, boxing parts, wrapping skids, cleaning up and inspecting parts with mics and calipers, sweeping the floors….basically whatever is needed to get the job done. Training will be provided for our processes and equipment. We need a person with a

This position is for a person who likes variety. You will be out on the shop floor working with your hands (and machines) every day, fulfilling our commitment to our customers. Pay is dependent upon skill & experience. LPI offers medical, dental, vision and life insurance. LPI pays the majority of medical and dental insurance, and 100% of life insurance after ~3 months. All full time employees begin accruing vacation time after completion of the ninety (90) day probationary period. LPI offers 12 personal days (6 sick and 6 vacation) per year. After 2 years, we offer 18 personal days (6 sick, and 12 vacation), and after 5 years we offer 24 personal days (6 sick and 18 vacation). LPI pays full time employees for 9 holidays each year. LPI has also paid full time employees year-end bonuses for the last 13 years. This bonus has averaged more than 100 hours the last 6 years!
