$23 – $28 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Job Type:

Full-Time Hourly, Initially on 1st shift Mon-Fri, but the plant will be shifting to a rotating shift of 3-on 6am-6pm, 4-off, then the following week 2-on 6am-6pm and 5 off. Job Summary The Fabrication Supervisor plays a key role in supporting our client’s plastic manufacturing operations by ensuring the proper Leadership and Production of the ENA Fabrication Team to meet Customer Requirements. This includes Safety, Quality, Production and Cost. Key Responsibilities 1. Safety Ensure that all Fabrication Employees are adhering to personal protective equipment requirements Ensure that all Fabrication Employees are practicing safe work practices including forklift safety and material handling Support the Plant Safety continuous improvement program by identifying unsafe conditions and working with other plant employees to resolve them Maintain a clean and organized work area 2. Quality Work with Maintenance and other Plant Employees to ensure that equipment is maintained properly to run quality products Ensure operators are trained to operate equipment and follow procedures with production, packaging, labeling, and storage of products Follow-up on Customer claims to find causes and implement corrective action Ensure that paperwork (shift pass down form and production/quality log sheet) is completed daily 3. Inventory Control and Organization Maintain SAP inventory integrity through daily transfers completed properly and weekly cycle count Investigate discrepancies in physical vs. SAP inventory Ensure good organization of all inventories 4. Production Technical Leader of all equipment in terms of the proper operating procedures/adjustments including the roll-to-roll punch/perforating machines and the CNC machine Lead programmer and operator of the CNC cutting machine Oversite of the Asana Fab Queue to ensure completion of customer orders Work with Maintenance and other plant employees to maintain equipment and complete needed repairs 4. Cost Overtime management Work with Maintenance on spare tooling and machine parts costs

Qualifications and Requirements Experience:

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Leadership role Experience with CNC cutting machines and programing 2-D shapes for cutting including uploading CAD prints to the CNC computer Strong technical skills and ability to make minor repairs on equipment and tooling Computer skills to use ENA systems such as Asana, Skype, etc.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required, higher education or significant industrial experience strongly preferred Preferred Skills Familiarity with 5S/lean manufacturing practices Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and take initiative when problem-solving Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) Benefits Medical, Dental (BCBS) Vision 401 k with 3% match 9 paid holidays Weekly pay 2 weeks PTO ( subject to what qtr. of the year you start for year 1 only) 3 weeks PTO after 5 years
