The successful WestRock team member will be working in a continuous manufacturing operation, working 12 hour rotating shifts in a 24/7 operation. Employees mustply with all safety regulations and practices. WestRock is a team-based environment.

What you need to succeed:

(Basic Requirements):
High School diploma or G.E.D.pletion certificate required
Manufacturing experience preferred
Demonstrated the drive to achieve and have upward movement into various jobs
Self-motivated desire to learn
Capable of meeting physical requirements to include working rotating shifts-weekends/holidays, around heat, noise, work inside/outside, etc.
Has the mechanical, mathematical, and verbal aptitude to learn positions
Proven record of performance
Play by the rules and work well with others
Able to operate in heavy manufacturing site and work variable schedule and overtime as needed
