Position Summary We are seeking a Shape Rolling Operator to join our team. In this role, you’ll operate shape rolling machines to form steel components into specific shapes, such as angles, channels, and beams. You will work with a variety of steel materials and gauges, ensuring all parts are rolled to precise specifications and meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain shape rolling machines to form steel into desired shapes Set up machines and adjust settings for different projects Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings Ensure parts are rolled to specification, meeting tight tolerances Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on rolling machines Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely production and high-quality output Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a Shape Rolling Operator or in a similar role Proficient in operating shape rolling machines and equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain tight tolerances Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Experience with different types of steel materials and gauges Traits We Value Clear communicator and team player Reliable and quality-focused We are willing to relocate the right candidate to Clearwater, Florida for this position with our relocation assistance program.
