Cold Header Operator responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machine(s) while adhering to all EPS Safety and Quality requirements.
- Continuously measure, monitor and adjust machine as required to ensure headed production parts are within the EPS print specifications. Skills and specifications
- Experience with the set-up and operation of National, Nakashimada, HyoDong and/or Carlo Salvi multi-die progressive cold headers preferred.
- Ability to be highly innovative, creative, proactive and self-driven.
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot and correct machine and production part dimensional issues.
- Ability to work in a faced paced atmosphere.
- Display a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Ability to work well as a team member. Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
