Schedule:

M-F 6:00 AM until 3:00 PM

Pay Rate:

$22-25 hourly

Role Summary:

We seek a skilled Water Jet Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate rough-cut machinery, maintain the equipment, keep precise records, and manage materials. They will work closely with other Production team members to ensure that projects are completed
on time and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

Operate the machinery (Waterjet/Combi-Cut, saw) and monitor and verify that it is always operating correctly.
Proficient in working with measurements
Perform quality checks as required.
Interpret blueprint drawings and sketches to plan. Responsible for the set-up and operation of cutting machinery
Maintain all required documentation and organization for material received, moved, scrapped, and quality verified.
Responsible for the visual inspection of equipment with complex parts, preventative maintenance, as well as area upkeep and cleanliness
Meet production rates KPI’s
Keep the work area clean and free of clutter
Work independently and as a team member
Perform other duties as needed

Requirements:

Knowledge of CNC programming and operation
CAD certification preferred
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints and technical procedures
Self motivated
High Attention to detail
Effective interpersonal communicator
Time management
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $22.00 – $25.00
