WhatYou’ll Do:
As a Auto Finishing Operator, you’ll be part of our teamlocated in East Longmeadow, MA. You’ll get to: Select work according topriority. Operate, adjust, troubleshoot, and maintain coating, printing,and packaging machinery. Perform requisite quality checks andappropriate action based on results. Report production data tosupervision. Report faulty equipment or materials to supervision. Moveproduct between various workstations or inventories. Identify prioritiesand move between various painting, printing, or packaging workstationsaccordingly, including those in other departments. Maintain inventoryaccuracy as well as the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Continuously improve personal and team performance. Communicateproblems, solutions, and other information to coworkers, including thoseon other shifts. Follow all safety guidelines. Perform other similar orrelated duties as assigned or directed.
