They’re now seeking an experienced Pressman to join their team and operate either the KBA Rapida 106 (1st shift) or 840 Perfector LS (2nd shift) in a full-time role.
What You’ll Do:
Set up, operate, and maintain multi-color printing presses. Perform efficient make-ready operations to optimize workflow. Monitor press run visually and with instruments to ensure color and quality. Identify and remove defective sheets during production. Mix inks as needed and follow all required quality sign-off procedures. Communicate equipment or material issues promptly to supervisors. Uphold safety policies and perform other related duties as assigned.

Team:
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of 1st pressman experience in a manufacturing setting. Strong technical knowledge of press operations and workflow. Ability to lead a press crew and work with minimal supervision. Excellent color vision, communication skills, and attention to detail.
