General Duties Working in a paper finishing department, responsible for safety, setup, adjustments, basic maintenance, and operation of the equipment. Review written job specifications from the job ticket Adjust cutting knives on machine as needed throughout the run Lead a team of 4 to 5 helpers Maintain a safe working environment Maintain a clean work area Accurately record required data Monitor flow of press sheets throughout the run Monitor quality of product throughout the run The ability to perform basic math function as related to finishing operations. Move materials using a pallet jack Perform other duties as assigned Required skills:

• Ability to read, write, speak and understands conversational English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
