The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for guiding your team, ensuring efficient production processes, and fostering a positive work environment. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff during assigned shifts. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Provide training and support to team members in areas such as machining, sewing, screen printing, and warehouse operations. Assist in the fabrication, packaging, and shipping of products as needed. Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing lean manufacturing principles. Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate sewing machines and forklifts. Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices is a plus. Experience in machining or screen printing is advantageous. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
