Role Overview:
Driving the safe and effective operation across all phases of our printing processes. Cleverly installing, removing, and adjusting printing equipment, including plates and mandrels. Achieving precise print registrations to ensure top-tier quality control. Handling minor repairs, engaging in process troubleshooting, and conducting preventive maintenance when needed. Guiding support staff and completing essential documentation. Carrying out thorough quality inspections and maintaining work areas. Embrace additional responsibilities and uphold safety standards.
Must-Have Credentials:
Exemplary work record with a High School Diploma or GED. At least 2 years’ experience in printing or a related field with hands-on equipment management. Exceptional mechanical and problem-solving skills. Strong capability in verbal and written communication. Mathematical literacy and an ability to connect with team members.
