Press Operator Design Hire, LLC Lebanon, NH 03756 We are looking for a skilled Machine Shop Press Operator to operate and maintain industrial press machines in a manufacturing facility. This role is critical to ensuring precision production, quality control, and efficient operation in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities:

Operate press machines to produce parts and components according to specifications and production schedules. Monitor and inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met, making adjustments as needed. Perform machine setup and calibration, including die installation, alignment, and tool adjustments. Conduct routine maintenance, such as cleaning and lubricating machines, to ensure operational efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues, escalating complex problems to the maintenance team. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment in compliance with company standards.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operations is a plus. At least 1-2 years of experience operating press machines or similar industrial equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Familiarity with basic quality control techniques and measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers. Physical ability to stand, lift, and operate machinery for extended periods in a manufacturing setting. Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
