The ideal candidate will have a strong background in print production and be proficient in operating various die cutting presses. This role is essential for ensuring high-quality output and maintaining production efficiency. The Pressman will work closely with the management team and other departments to deliver exceptional print products that meet client specifications. Responsibilities Operate and maintain presses to produce high-quality materials. Set up press runs, including die cutting, foil stamping, embossing and kiss cutting. Conduct regular maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Fabricate and assemble components as needed for various print projects. Adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Skills Experience with forklift operation is a plus. Ability to fabricate components as required for specific projects. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members across departments.
