Pay:

$21/hr We’re seeking a skilled Shrink Finishing Operator to set up and operate automated slitting and inspection equipment for printed sleeve labels. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, quality-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate multiple automated slitting, cutting, and inspection machines Load printed label rolls and monitor systems to ensure accurate size and alignment Adjust AVT systems to remove defects and produce consistent, high-quality rolls Resolve production issues, ensure quality is excellent, and complete all documentation Follow GMPs, safety guidelines, and SOPs while maintaining a clean work area

Job Requirements:

Prior experience in slitting, converting, or finishing operations preferred Strong mechanical skills with the ability to use measuring and inspection tools Basic math and computer skills; fluent in reading and writing English Detail-oriented team player with strong communication and time management skills Must be able to work full shifts and overtime as needed

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with hands on precision equipment Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling Visual acuity correctable to 20/20; must be able to distinguish colors and focus clearly Contact Our Burlington Office at 609-387-2900 #HIGH1
