Operators will be responsible for running and maintaining equipment such as folders, cutters, stitchers, and PUR binders with precision and care to meet high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- Prior experience operating bindery or finishing equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot machinery and perform basic maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift (afternoon/evening or overnight)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Principals only.
