The Process Supervisor is a highly technical role responsible for our manufacturing performance and coordinating the required support staff to ensure a successful shift. $22-24 hourly pending experience

Responsibilities:

Analyses the production schedule to establish the daily workload and needs for the shift. When required, can perform all tasks of a level 1, 2, and 3 Process Technician. Communicates effectively and professionally to streamline our operations and maximize our efficiency Collect and review our Molding Checklists and other documentation to ensure compliance Does a daily assessment of our cleanliness and organization of the Production floor and inspects machines and auxiliary equipment. Demonstrates exemplary use of advanced equipment and auxiliaries, cameras, eDart, ALS, etc. Highly proficient at robot programming and troubleshooting automation equipment. Principal troubleshooter for the shift to help determine the root cause and propose corrective actions. Completes performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring for assigned employees.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary technical training, preferred Prior experience or education in injection molding or plastics industry (strongly desired) Communicates effectively with teammates Works well independently (self-motivated), as well as in a team environment Maintains a positive attitude and strong individual work ethic Is capable of multi-tasking Consistently meets deadlines Possesses basic knowledge of shop math and computer skills Displays proven mechanical ability Reads and understands blueprints Exhibits strong knowledge of injection molding processing and technical trouble shooting skills REM3
