Shifts Available:

Second and Third Second Shift:

3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Monday-Friday, and overtime as needed

Third Shift:

Summary We are seeking a skilled Mailing Operator to join our 2nd shift or 3rd shift teams at Intellicor LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely maintaining, operating and assisting with the mailing equipment to produce quality products. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional printing solutions that meet our clients’ needs. Responsibilities Operate and maintain printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery as needed. Assist in quality control checks to identify any defects or issues before final output. Set up and load material onto ink jet machines, inserter, machine tabber and various other machines. Read and follow manufacturing instructions and deliver product per the specifications.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Previous experience operating equipment in a printing or manufacturing environment preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform accurate quality control checks Capable of standing for extended periods during shifts Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset Commitment to following all safety, quality, and efficiency standard operating procedures Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds High school diploma or GED required If you are passionate about the printing industry and ready to contribute to a team that values quality and innovation, we invite you to apply today at Intellicor LLC!
