This is a hands-on leadership role guiding a production team to meet safety, quality, and production goals in a positive and team-focused environment.

Typical Schedule:

Mon-Fri, 2:45pm to 11pm, Training on 1st shift may be required (TBD).

Pay rate:

$25.00-$28.00/hr

DOE What You’ll Do:

Lead operations of the NP3 textile process Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met Coordinate team schedules, training, and work assignments Communicate effectively across shifts and with leadership Monitor compliance and drive continuous improvement Support a culture of respect, fairness, and accountability

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Technical Degree preferred) 5+ years in manufacturing, with leadership experience Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and computer skills Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities Why Apply?
