As a Press Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch products that meet their specifications. We are seeking a reliable and positive Press Operator for our 2nd shift (2:30pm-11pm). Steady productivity and ability to stand for prolonged periods are essential. Some press operating experience is preferred, but we are willing to train.

Work Location:

Brentwood, TN. This is a full-time onsite position.

Work Hours:

Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11pm, 40-hour work week regularly, overtime possible depending on order flow.

Wage:

Set up and operate printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment Inspect printed materials for defects and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality control standards Follow job specifications and customer requirements for each print job Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production deadlines Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks Understanding of basic printing technologies preferred Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and to stand for long periods of time Ability to work with deadlines Able to communicate with others professionally Able to work in a team environment Safety conscious
