The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing presses, ensuring high-quality output while adhering to production schedules. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of print processes, including plate making and operating multiple machines to achieve final product. Duties Operate various types of printing presses, including offset presses, envelope presses and die-cutting machines, to produce high-quality printed materials. Set up press equipment, including pre-press tasks such as platemaking, washing, ink and maintaining press for optimal operation. Monitor the printing process to ensure consistency in color, quality, and alignment throughout production runs. Collaborate with the design team to understand project specifications and provide input on layout design. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process and implement effective solutions promptly. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a Press Operator or in a similar role within the printing industry. Strong knowledge of offset printing techniques. Ability to operate machining equipment safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Different Machine Currently in use Sakurai
