This is a small family-owned company. The owner wants to take a step back. He will mentor and train but needs a solid leader who is able to be flexible and is good in front of customers. This shop has 30 people working at this location. You will report to the owner. Salary ranges from $65k to $85k. Direct industry experience in flexographic printing is required.
