In this crucial quality control position, you will be the final checkpoint ensuring our printed garments meet the highest standards before reaching our valued customers. Key Responsibilities Visually inspect printed garments for defects including misprints, color inconsistencies, registration errors, and fabric imperfections
Make rapid, accurate decisions on whether to approve, reject, or rework garments
Document and categorize defects according to company standards
Communicate effectively with printers and production managers about quality issues
Maintain an organized workspace with proper lighting for effective inspection
Process garments in batches to optimize workflow and productivity Required Qualifications Exceptional attention to detail and visual acuity
Strong color perception abilities to identify subtle variations
Patience and consistency when performing repetitive inspection tasks
Excellent communication skills for reporting defects and collaborating with team members
Ability to maintain focus during extended periods of quality control work
Physical stamina to stand for prolonged periods and handle garments throughout shifts Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in quality control, garment production, or screen printing
Understanding of screen printing processes and common defect types
