You’ll be responsible for applying printed designs to t-shirts and other accessories using a pneumatic heat press . This is a physically active position, you’ll be on your feet for most of the day gathering apparel, pressing designs, folding items, and packing orders. Key Responsibilities Read and follow packing slips/work orders Pull correct t-shirts or accessories and the matching printed designs Operate a pneumatic heat press (two-button operation) Remove transfer film and complete second press as needed Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and neatness Fold and pack finished items neatly and consistently Maintain a clean, organized workstation Assist with general shop tasks as needed Requirements Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (bending, lifting, stretching) Ability to read English and follow written instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable and punctual with good work ethic Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and work as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Bonus Points (Not Required) Previous experience with heat press, screen printing, or apparel customization Experience in a production, fulfillment, or warehouse environment
